CSX Transportation has recently announced a track maintenance project that will begin on Monday, March 30, 2026. This project includes the installation of new railroad ties.

It is an overall 3-week project that will end on/around 4/17/26. This team will work Monday, 3-30 – April 3 week 1 and when they return on Monday April 6, they will work 8 straight days. This will include weekend closures.

Crossings will be closed anywhere from 2-5 days, depending on the type of maintenance they are set to receive. Please note: Crossings will not be closed for the entire duration of the project. They will only be closed for the number of days just mentioned. *Please keep in mind the estimated closure time frames are merely the best approximation we can provide at this time. These dates are highly subject to change with or without notice simply due to many of the unforeseen circumstances that can occur in the field once the work begins.* With the one way in/out crossings, we will work as hard as possible to have those accessible within a 24-hour period (or less).

Purple “Star” Icon – Starting location of each railroad tie team
Pink “Three Dots” Icon – Location of one way in/out crossings
Blue “Flag” Icon – Location of where flagging operations will take place (Note: these locations are not full road closure locations)
