With 8 years of dedicated service, Sergeant Cullar has become a steady and dependable presence within the unit. She takes pride in her work and leads her teams with fairness, consistency, and genuine care. Through her daily supervision of inmate work crews and facility grounds, she has helped create a safer, cleaner, and more organized environment that everyone can take pride in.
Her strong communication and follow-through have made a real difference in how her teams operate. Staff and population alike recognize her as someone who is approachable yet firm, always clear about expectations, and committed to seeing tasks through. Because of her leadership, work crews are more focused, more accountable, and more efficient in completing their assignments.
