💙 Welcome Senior Warden Ebony Rollins! 💙

Please join us in welcoming Senior Warden Ebony Rollins to the Hilltop / Patrick L. O’Daniel Complex!

Warden Rollins began her TDCJ career in August 2002 at the Christina Melton Crain Unit. Throughout her 24 years of dedicated service, she has demonstrated strong leadership and a commitment to developing staff.

Her career has taken her from the Crain Unit to the Dr. Lane Murray Unit, where she promoted to Sergeant and Lieutenant. In 2016, she promoted to Captain at the Linda Woodman State Jail, followed by Major at the Hobby/Marlin Complex in 2018 and Assistant Warden in 2021. In 2024, she returned to the Woodman State Jail as Senior Warden.

Warden Rollins studied Criminal Justice at Central Texas College and continues to lead with a passion for staff development, accountability, and organizational excellence.

💙 We are honored to welcome Warden Rollins to our team as we continue our mission of public safety, rehabilitation, and leading with HEART!

Ms. Knauber continues to demonstrate outstanding dedication, hard work, and a willingness to embrace new challenges. As she learns and grows in her new role, she takes pride in ensuring Countroom operations run smoothly and supporting the daily needs of our facility.

Before joining the Countroom, Ms. Knauber dedicated over five years to supporting the Warden’s Office, serving with professionalism, integrity, and a genuine commitment to helping others.
