Skills day is a no pressure environment that allows the players to run through drills and practice together in order to help volunteer coaches better even out teams during the drafts.

What an awesome evening at the NFH Recreation Center! We had more than 90 runners come out for this month’s 5K as we honored the brave men and women who have earned the Purple Heart through their service and sacrifice to our country. One of the best parts of what we do is having the opportunity to provide recreation, events, and a little bit of fun for our men and women in uniform. We absolutely enjoy seeing everyone come together, compete, encourage their battle buddies, and just have a good time outside of the normal workday. Thank you to everyone who ran, helped out, and made the Purple Heart 5K such a great event. 💜🇺🇸
