Applications are now open for the 2026-2027 Strengthening Sibley’s Future cohort, a premier county-wide leadership program. Designed for current and emerging leaders who live or work in Sibley County, the 24-person cohort meets monthly from September through May to build skills, forge regional networks, and tackle local issues.

Program Details & Commitment:
• Schedule: Meets one day per month, running from September 2026 through May 2027.
• Class Size: Capped at 24 participants to ensure highly engaging, collaborative, and interactive sessions.
• Tuition: $499 per participant, which is frequently sponsored by local employers looking to invest in their employees' professional growth. This also covers lunch, breakfast and snacks during each session.
• Class schedule: Classes meeting from 8:30 am until 4:00 pm, with an alternating schedule of personal development one month and community and business tours the following month.
