I believe in what the Navy does and what we stand for. The Navy has given me the resources I once didn't have but now do to succeed. If I didn't truly believe it, I wouldn't be here in Northern Michigan sharing my stories with all of you. I know what I can offer will change your life for the better. The most important thing I've learned in the Navy is that nothing will ever be handed to you, YOU have to earn it. We have the best people on the Planet that will challenge, push and motivate to make you better, you will learn how to accomplish some amazing things when your surrounded by people that are better than yourself. Gain your confidence and see what you can accomplish while serving in the World's Greatest Navy.

This you have what it takes to qualify for Navy's Warrior Challenge?

SEALS:
1) 500-yard swim using breast or side stroke in under 12min 30seconds; 10 minute rest
2) Minimum of 50 push ups in 2 minutes; 2 minute rest
3) Minimum of 50 sit ups in 2 minutes;2 minute rest
4) 10 pull ups with no time limit
5) Run 1.5 miles in under 10minutes 30 seconds

SWCC (Special Warfare Combatant Crewman)
1) 500-yard swim using breast or side stroke in under 13 minutes; 10 minute rest
2) Minimum of 50 push ups in 2 minutes; 2 minute rest
3) Minimum of 50 sit ups in 2 minutes; 2 minute rest
4) 6 pull ups with no time limit
5) Run 1.5 miles in under 12minutes 30 seconds

EOD (Explosive Ordinance Disposal)
1) 500-yard swim using breast or side stroke in under 14 minutes; 10 minute rest
2) 42 push ups in 2 minutes; 2 minute rest
3) 50 sit ups in 2 minutes; 2 minute rest
4) 6 pull ups no time limit
5) Run 1.5 miles in under 12 minutes 45 seconds

AIRR (Aviation Rescure Swimmer)
1) 500-yard swim using breast or sided stroke in under 12 minutes; 10 minute rest
2) 42 push ups in 2 minutes; 2 minute rest
3) 50 sit ups in 2 minutes; 2 minute rest
4) 4 pull ups no time limit
5) Run 1.5 miles in under 12 minutes

Diver
1) 500-yard swim using breast or side storke in uder 14 minutes; 10 minute rest
2) 42 push ups in 2 minutes; 2 minute rest
3) 50 sit ups in 2 minutes; 2 minute rest
4) 6 pull ups
5) Run 1.5 miles in under 12 minutes 45 seconds

1) Oceanfront property-The Navy forces you to live near the ocean.
2) White uniforms-They look good!
3) New Chief season-Part of our longstanding traditions.
4) The turnaround-Seeing people find what they're meant to do in this life.
5) Huge support group-Worldwide friendships, and nice neighborhoods
6) Homecoming-Those military homecomings are better in the Navy.
7) Land, Sea, and Air-WE FIGHT EVERYWHERE!
8) Sailors have more fun, trust me on this. Look into Fleet Week
