Just wanted to let everyone know that I have some exciting news to announce. I have partnered with craft beef, out of japan. Can’t be too specific about the details because it’s revolutionary but imagine getting straight from the farm beef A5 wagyu to your doorstep or restaurant. Although the process is becoming very popular with us it is unheard of in Japan. If you’re a restaurant, wholesaler, retail, or consumer you were gonna wanna get on this quickly. Hokkaido A5 ribeye/strip 16oz- $130 just to put it in perspective the wagyu shop sells a 10z for $150/130 strip. So that is $240/208 for the same steaks.
Kagoshima ribeye A5-16oz $130 again put in perspective crowd cow is $200.
Kagoshima A5 8oz fillet-$80 each second city prime Chicago $145 each.
