Just in: A new Illinois gas tax relief plan introduced.

Republican candidate for Illinois Governor Darren Bailey has introduced a three part plan for providing Illinois drivers with some relief at the gas pump (See photo). While states surrounding Illinois have reduced or suspended their gasoline taxes, Illinois Governor JB Pritzker (D) has announced that Illinois gasoline taxes will 'increase' on July 1st. The Governor's reason: Gas tax revenue needs to keep flowing to Chicago.

Bailey posted the following on social media on Wednesday:

"JB Pritzker doubled your gas tax. Raised your registration fees. And laughed all the way to his mansion.
I've got a three-step plan to get drivers real relief."

Grass clippings on the road pose a serious risk to motorcyclists, especially after rain. Please remember to blow grass clippings back into your yard or sweep up any yard debris that ends up in the street after landscaping.
