Paint the Town Purple!

This campaign, led by Safe Passage, is in observance of Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Businesses and organizations throughout our community will have their purple artwork on display.

Thank you to Safe Passage for coordinating this effort, and to our talented and creative staff for creating the artwork. Stop by to see each of the three panels up close next time you're at the library!

I would absolutely like to spend a golden afternoon like this. In fact, I could use several in a row.

Facebook recently changed its algorithm, so instead of showing you updates from the pages you chose, the system focuses on what it THINKS you want to see, pushing a lot of random content at you. Because of this, important library events and announcements are getting hidden. Easiest fix? Interact with this post by leaving a like and a comment. That way Facebook will show you more of our posts. There are 2 other things you can try, so check out our graphic. and THANK YOU FOR BEING PART OF OUR LIBRARY FAMILY here on Facebook! 👍

Talk about being kind. Caitlin Clark is showing us that you can be smart, talented, a great basketball player AND a humanitarian by being kind. 🩷 Thanks Caitlin for your kindness!
