Major Theodore “Ted” J. Shorack Jr. (second from the right) was Assistant Professor of Air Science for the Hobart AFROTC 1961-1965.

He was killed over North Vietnam in June 1966.

In the Herald, a student remembered his, “incisive wit, his dedication to his service and his love of flying.”
