Please use extreme caution when traveling tonight. The rain is causing some flooding in areas along Route 14. Please stay away from the water as it can have more of a current than may appear as well as ditches and culverts.

Last night, members continued into the next session of our Self/Firefighter Rescue theme for the month of March. Members first practiced using equipment while blindfolded, then they used their skills to practice rescuing a downed firefighter.

Tonight, firefighters worked on individual techniques and familiarization with tools involved with self rescue and firefighter rescue. This was one piece of a several part series throughout the month of March.
