Join us in celebrating this proud and emotional moment! We're excited to announce that Today, April 30, 2026, marks the official transition of Finger Lakes Ambulance to the Mercy Flight family. Finger Lakes Ambulance will now be Mercy EMS - Finger Lakes.

We are incredibly proud of all of our past and current employees and excited for this next chapter! A huge thank you to our community partners, agencies, and hospitals for your continued and steadfast support.

Tonight members joined West Lake Road Fire Association, Inc. And White Springs Fire Association at the public safety training center practicing downed firefighter removal!!!

CHICKEN BBQ today at the firehouse (270 Carter rd) starting at 11 until sold-out!

At approximately 9:06pm Sunday night we were dispatched mutual aid to the Oaks Corners Fire district for a large shed fire! Members assisted on scene and went back in service about a hour later!

We were joined by White Springs Fire Association for vehicle extraction training tonight. Appreciate the teamwork and opportunity to learn each other's equipment! Always a pleasure working with our neighboring companies!

Update: The road is back open

We are presently engaged on a call on Gambee Road due to primary lines being down. The road will be closed between North Genesee Street and State Route 14 for a minimum duration of several hours. We recommend avoiding the area.

Power outage to the area and the traffic light at 14 and Packwood road is currently effected. Please remember that it's always treated as a four-way stop when the light is out

Due to the the weather with the extreme cold snow after a hard decision we decided to cancel the chicken BBQ and we will be scheduling another day Thank you and hope to see you there at the next one!
