OC Youth Advocate VOICE Program

OC Youth Advocate VOICE Program Promoting community strength and balance, by supporting youth to make a change. VOICE include four different areas for youth.

VOICE is a community based program which allows teens to gather in one central location. This allows the teens to learn more about community resource and meet others from around the area. Ontario County Youth Advocate Programs is currently partnered with
Salvation Army ~ Canandaigua ~Wednesdays 4-9~ 110 Salton Stall st
PCC ~ Phelps ~ Thursdays 4-9 ~8 Banta St. A - Music Discussion
B - Movie night

and discussion
C- Music Discussion activity
D- Skill building / Team building

These areas are focused on a teen related issue. Youth boards are beginning to form to discuss issues between the communities. This will allow us to take these issues to the proper people throughout Ontario County to try and make a change for these youth. Recent News:
Currently VOICE is closed at the PCC in Phelps until further notice.

We are open tonight!!! We plan to continue our topic of Diversity and Discrimination with MOVIE NIGHT!!!! As usual you vote the movie. We watch it as a group and then we discuss the topic with the hope to gathering a greater understanding of what is presented. Hope to see everyone who can attend!

We are open tonight from 4-9! This month is going to be interesting for all who are involved... We are challenging the idea of creativity. We will demonstrate how all of us have our own style of creativity and that we use it in different ways. The first part of this month will be the same. However, in the coming weeks we have plans that will involve you all to use your creativity to inspire other!
