I am excited to be endorsed by the Sierra Club Illinois

When knocking doors and talking with voters, it is front and center their concerns about our environment.

As a board member, I am committed to protecting our forest preserves, natural spaces and farmland. I am also committed in assuring that we have clean water and food sources through water, food and soil testing.

I also believe in common sense solutions for renewable energy.

As a board member I will always prioritize Kane County resources and the public safety of our entire community.

I’m not a politician but I am a fast learner. I also know the key to being successful is to know how to ask for help, collaborate with others and surround yourself with amazing people.

That’s what I did in the primary, and now the general election where I look to earn your vote.

What a unifying and wonderful Meet and Greet last night that turned into more of a town hall discussion of questions, answers and dialogue with residents.

Thank you Pinot's Palettefor hosting!

And a big thank you Friends of Michele Clark and Vote Ricky Rivard for popping in to also talk with residents and in helping to spread the word on how we all can help to paint a brighter future for Kane County, the State of Illinois and this beautiful country that we so cherish.

When knocking doors and listening to voters, it is clear data centers have been top of mind for many.

As massive data centers expand across the region and communities grapple with their impact on electricity, water, infrastructure and nearby neighborhoods, Fox Valley residents will have an opportunity to hear directly from experts and ask their own questions at a public forum Monday, Aug. 31.

This is a bipartisan issue that as a community, we can learn more and make decisions that best serve our community.

We can all agree that having the correct information on our voting process and the candidates we are researching is vital in our decision making and ability to vote.
