Friendship Served Weekdays | 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Georgetown EATS is one of our longest-standing and most beloved programs and for many of our neighbors, it’s the front door to support. Some come in expecting a free meal…but many leave with a new friend, a prayer partner, and access to resources that can lead to a better quality of life.

Join us! We invite you to be part of this work by joining our team of volunteers and helping us continue serving our neighbors with love, hope, and friendship.

Meet Qulex! A native of South Carolina and a graphic design graduate from Coastal Carolina University, Qulex brings creativity and heart to Friendship Place.

To Qulex, being a good friend means showing genuine care, consistently supporting others, and putting people first...values we’re grateful he brings to his role as Program and Outreach Facilitator.

He was drawn to Friendship Place by its commitment to serving others with love and compassion. Guided by 2 Timothy 1:7, he strives to serve with confidence, love, and clarity. And if you catch him outside of work, you just might find him on the tennis court.

We’re so blessed to have Qulex as our newest member of the Friendship Place family.

We heard it’s Bike to Work Day! It is the perfect time to say thank you to the City of Georgetown Police Department ( )for recently donating gently used bikes to our neighbors in need.

Because sometimes, something as simple as a bike can open the door to opportunity, independence, and connection.

Join us in welcoming Sheila to the Friendship Place family! A South Carolina native and longtime Georgetown resident, Sheila has been pouring into this community for years serving with local organizations like Keep Georgetown Beautiful and the Rotary Club of Georgetown.

She’s not only an artist and a proud mom of three, but also brings experience in crisis intervention, communication, and managing complex schedules and logistics. As our new Impact Coordinator, Sheila is committed to supporting neighbors in transition through empathy, data-driven coordination, and a Christ-centered approach to service.

We’re so glad she’s part of this next chapter at Friendship Place.
