🚧 Pardon Our Progress! 🚧

Our Main Street location is currently having the HVAC system replaced. While we remain open for business, you may notice ladders, equipment, and contractors working in the Motor Vehicle Department throughout the project.

This work may result in longer wait times than usual, and we appreciate your patience as we make these much-needed improvements to better serve our customers.

If you'd like to avoid potential delays, our branch office at 240 Caleb Conley Way is open and available to assist with vehicle registration services. We also offer a convenient drive-thru for vehicle registration renewals at that location.

Thank you for your understanding and patience while we work to improve our facilities!

πŸ“’ Important Information for Our Community

Although our office does not handle driver's licensing services, we thought this would be important information to share with our customers and fellow citizens.

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet is transitioning to a new licensing system, which will result in temporary service interruptions and office closures statewide. If you have any driver licensing business to take care of, please review the dates in the graphic below and plan accordingly.

We're sharing this information simply to help keep our community informed and prepared during the transition.

πŸ“†June 4-5: All Driver Licensing Regional Offices will be closed.

πŸ“†June 8: All offices will reopen, and all online services will resume through our new online portal, myDrive.
