We had a wunderbar afternoon celebrating Oktoberfest with the talented Evelyn Billington! A native of Heidelberg, Germany, Evelyn brought the spirit of Bavaria to life with traditional German music, guitar playing, beautiful singing, and some fantastic yodeling! 🎸🎤

Our residents enjoyed German b**r, w**e, delicious pretzels, and plenty of smiles and laughter! 🍷🥨

We had a bee-autiful time learning about the fascinating world of honey bees with Nona from Texas Sassy Bees! 🐝

Our residents enjoyed discovering more about these amazing little pollinators and the important role they play in our world!The sweet fun doesn't stop there! 🍯💕

Nona will be returning on December 7th to share even more about bees and treat us to some delicious French spice bread baked with honey!🍞

What is Kaffeeklatsch?

Kaffeeklatsch (pronounced "KAH-feh-klatch") is a German word meaning an informal social gathering where friends come together over coffee, sweet treats, and friendly conversation.

We are excited to introduce Kaffeeklatsch as a NEW monthly activity in both Independent Living and Assisted Living! It's another wonderful opportunity to connect, share stories, enjoy tasty treats, and build friendships!
