This memorial sits between the current VFW Post 6444 Building and the American Legion Post 114 Building on Church Street. The memorial is granite, ranging from 4-7 ft high, 1½ ft wide and 80 ft long. The memorial is topped with 10 flag poles that fly the American Flag, the South Carolina Flag, the MIA/POW flag, the American Legion Flag, the VFW Flag, the US Army Flag, the US Navy Flag, the US Mari

Come out and see the Georgetown County Veterans Memorial It is truly a breath taking site! We recommend coming during the day to read each war memorial and then again at night time to really experience a truly humbling experience.
