The Aging Office of Western Nebraska or AOWN, uses programs and services to enhance the safety and quality of life of our seniors. Our Senior Citizens Centers offer Congregate Meals which are nutritious, balanced meals five days a week at the Centers where participants also get socialization. The Centers also provide Home Delivered Meals for those that are home bound and unable to travel to the ce

nters. AOWN's Choices Program is designed to link seniors with programs and services to keep them healthy and safe in their own homes. We use our Case Management or the Medicaid Waiver Programs in conjunction with Nebraska Health and Human Services, Assisted Living and Nursing Home facilities to help our clients "find the right care at the right time." We also have an equipment loan program that lends out Durable Medical Equipment like walkers, shower chairs and more to those in need. This is just a little bit of the services that we provide.
