Calling all incoming 7th–10th graders! ⚠️

Our 7th–10th grade summer program is all about hanging out, eating lunch, making cool stuff, playing games, and having fun with friends—just a chill hour at the library each week.

🍜 First up: Games & Ramen Noodles!
We’ll be kicking things off with the Saran Wrap Game filled with prizes, ramen lunch, kindness rock art, and plenty of time to just hang out.

📚 Bonus: Reading is NOT required—but if you do participate in the reading challenge, you can earn gift cards!

Adults (and incoming 11th & 12th graders!) ☀️ There’s still time to register for our summer evening programs happening every Wednesday in June!

We’re kicking things off on June 3rd with our ever-popular BINGO & Potluck Night 🎉 Come enjoy good food, lots of laughs, and a chance to win some super fun prizes (just a small handful are pictured 😉).

Expect a super casual, relaxed evening—no pressure, just a fun way to connect, laugh, and enjoy a night out in the community.

📚 PLUS—our “Unearth a Story” mystery reading challenge begins June 1! Each surprise box includes 3 hand-picked books, a few fun goodies, and a chance to win a mystery prize just for participating. Read at least one book and submit a quick review to be entered!

Introducing our brand new reading program..."Reading Buddies : Stories are Better Together"!

Designed to encourage reading aloud and help build confidence, this exciting new program will launch during Week 1 of our Summer Programs! Toddlers through 3rd grade participants will get to make their very own Reading Buddy to read with all summer long!

As with ALL of our summer programming, this new program launch is FREE to our participants.

It's not too late to join the fun! Summer Reading Program pre-registration is still open for another 2 weeks! Don’t miss out on a summer full of stories, creativity, and reading adventures together! Stop by the library today to get registered!

We’re looking for vendors to be part of our upcoming Taste of Gibbon event on June 24! This is a great opportunity to showcase sample sizes of your delicious treats, specialty drinks, and unique flavors while connecting with the community.
