Tuesday night I had the pleasure to answer mayoral questions at the Candidate forum put on by our Gibbon Chamber of Commerce.

I want to give a huge shout out to our Gibbon Volunteer Fire Department, and their selflessness and determination under fire, fighting a very large brush fire last week. Thank goodness all members of our department came home with no major injuries. We are incredibly blessed to have this Fire Department serving our community!

Quiero expresar un gran agradecimiento a nuestro Departamento de Bomberos Voluntarios de Gibbon y su altruismo y determinación en medio de las llamas, combatiendo un gran incendio forestal la semana pasada. I am extremely humbled and grateful for the backing and support from our community. Thank you for all your votes, yesterday. I am proud to be running for Mayor of our great town and its amazing people. We're not done yet.
