A big shout out to Sgt. Ciconte for taking a few moments during his patrol shift to stop by Repauno Daycare and spend some time with the children. These simple interactions help build positive relationships within our community and give our youngest residents an opportunity to meet the officers who serve and protect them. We appreciate Sgt. Ciconte taking the time to make a meaningful connection during his day.

🐾 Did you know New Jersey law requires proper shelter and care for pets during extreme weather conditions? Dogs and other companion animals must have access to adequate shelter, clean water, ventilation, and protection from dangerous heat or cold. The law also places restrictions on tethering dogs to help prevent cruelty and unsafe conditions.

These regulations are designed to protect the health and safety of animals year-round. Pet owners are encouraged to review the requirements to ensure their animals are cared for properly and safely. Responsible pet ownership helps keep our community’s animals healthy, protected, and out of harm’s way.

Please email our Humane Law Enforcement Officers at [email protected] with any questions or concerns. Thank you!

🇺🇸 Memorial Day Remembrance 🇺🇸

Today, we honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country and our freedom. Their courage, service, and sacrifice will never be forgotten.

As part of the National Moment of Remembrance, we encourage everyone to pause at 3:00 p.m. for a moment of silence to honor those who gave their lives in service to our nation.

To all service members and their families, thank you for your sacrifice and dedication. 🇺🇸

Junior Police Academy – Now Enrolling!

We are excited to announce that our annual Junior Police Academy is now open for registration! This fun and educational program gives kids a hands on opportunity to learn about law enforcement while building confidence, leadership skills, and a stronger connection to the community.

Our goal is to inspire future leaders, strengthen trust, and show that police officers can be positive role models, mentors, and friends.

Whether your child dreams of becoming a police officer or simply wants to try something new, this is an experience they won’t forget!

Spots are limited and fill up quickly, don’t miss out! Applications can be picked up at either police station.
