The Head Start Arcadia graduates visited Crawford Elementary and met Principal Mays and Kindergarten teachers. They enjoyed participating in the activities in Ms. Abney and Ms. Alford's classes. The Center would like to thank Ms. Mays and Crawford Elementary for their amazing hospitality.

Today was a great day. Lots of food and laughter. Gibsland Head Start is the prime example of a family. Today we observed “World Lupus Day”. We had a great time. Thank you to all that helped make this a great day. I can’t stop thinking about how the kids told me to leave the classroom so they could make me a book. We would also like to thank Conchita Doyle, executive director at Head Start for her Teacher Appreciation contribution. Also, let me not forget all the fantastic Teacher Appreciation gift that came today. Parents showed out. We are 1.

The Bienville Parish Head Start Gibsland graduates visited Gibsland-Coleman Elementary to meet their soon to be teacher, Mrs. Loyd and the Principal, Mrs. Corbin. They visited the classroom and introduced themselves. Thanks to Mrs. Corbin for allowing them to come.
