Dear Parents/Guardians,
Please make arrangements to pick up any medications your child has in the school nurse's clinic before the end of the school year. Medications may be picked up during the following times:
• Today until 3:30 PM
• Tomorrow from 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• Tuesday, 5/26 and Wednesday, 5/27 from 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Please note that no medication may be kept in the clinic over the summer. Any medication remaining after Wednesday, 5/27 will be properly disposed of by Friday, 5/29/2026.
All controlled prescription medications must be picked up and signed for by a parent/guardian or a designated adult authorized by the guardian.
As you prepare for the upcoming school year, please begin obtaining any necessary medication forms, health plans, and other medical documentation your child may need. The school will no longer fax physicians’ offices to request documentation. All required paperwork must be provided by the parent/guardian before any routine treatment or medication can be administered by the school nurse.
If your child will need over-the-counter medications (Tylenol, Ibuprofen, allergy medication, stomach medication, cough drops, etc.) during the school year, please send those medications to the school nurse's clinic. The nurse’s clinic only stocks first aid and emergency medications and cannot provide medications needed on a regular basis.
I pray everyone has a safe, healthy, and enjoyable summer!
Nurse Brooks
