Combined Community Action is seeking a full-time Weatherization Field Inspector to help improve the safety, comfort and energy efficiency of homes throughout our service area.

If you have a construction background, a servant’s heart and a passion for helping families, we would love to hear from you. Weatherization experience is helpful but not required—we will support the right candidate in earning BPI-QCI certifications.
Applications will be accepted through October 15, 2026.

CCA’s Weatherization Field Inspector helps families live in safer, healthier and more energy-efficient homes. This hands-on position includes conducting site inspections, documenting findings, preparing work orders and working directly with homeowners and agency partners.
