🚧 ROAD CLOSURE NOTICE — CR 216

Precinct 2 will be paving CR 216 from Monday, August 17, 2026 through Wednesday, August 19, 2026.

During this time, CR 216 will be closed to public traffic from FM 448 (across from Sheriffs Department) to CR 217 while paving work is underway.

Please plan accordingly and use an alternate route during the closure. We appreciate everyone’s patience and cooperation while this important road improvement project is completed.

🚒 A HUGE THANK YOU FROM SOUTH LEE COUNTY VFD! 🇺🇸

We want to take a moment to sincerely thank everyone who came out and supported South Lee County Volunteer Fire Department at our annual fundraiser this past weekend!

Your generosity and continued support mean so much to our department and help us continue serving our community, keeping our firefighters equipped, and being there when our neighbors need us most. We couldn’t do it without you!

But the support doesn’t stop here! This coming weekend, we encourage everyone to head over and support our friends at Lincoln VFD for their annual fundraiser!

These volunteer fire departments depend on the support of our communities, and every dollar raised helps keep our local firefighters ready to answer the call.

Thank you again for supporting South Lee County VFD and we’ll see you at Lincoln VFD this weekend! 🇺🇸🚒❤️

Thank you to everyone who came out to support us at our annual BBQ and auction this past weekend! Especially all those who donated and purchased auction items and everyone who volunteered their time to help make this event a great success!
