🌺 Food Truck Spotlight: Tolu Modern Fijian Cuisine 🌺
We’re excited to welcome Tolu: Modern Fijian Cuisine to the 13th Annual Cider Swig!
Tolu brings bold, vibrant Indo-Fijian flavors to the festival lineup, blending family recipes, Fijian and Indian roots, and fresh Pacific Northwest ingredients into food that is full of story, color, and flavor.
Join us Saturday, September 26, 2026, from 12–5 PM at LeMay – America’s Car Museum in Tacoma for cider, mead, wine, beer, spirits, non-alcoholic options, food vendors, artisan vendors, games, live music, and community fun.
Cider Swig is family friendly. Paid child watch will be available for newborns and up, kids’ activities will be part of the day, and the festival grounds are open and welcoming so families can enjoy the event together.
🎶 Live music lineup:
12:30–2 PM — Chicken Joe and The Fabulous C***s
3–4:30 PM — The Shy Boys and a Girl
🎤 Returning emcee Andy Vargo will help keep the music, games, makers, and festival fun moving all day.
