Having questions about vaccines is normal and we’re here to help! It is important that children and teens receive vaccinations on schedule so they can stay healthy, avoid serious illness, and keep learning. Vaccinations teach your children's immune systems to recognize and resist contagious disease. Getting vaccines on time is the best way to stay safe from diseases like the measles and whooping cough. Your health care provider is a great person to ask if you have any questions about your family’s health.

Together, state health officials from California, Washington, Oregon and Hawaii make up the West Coast Health Alliance. We’re working to keep vaccines available, easy to find and affordable for everyone.

Congratulations to the MEDEX Classes of 2026! 🎓

MEDEX Seattle Class 58, Spokane Class 28, Tacoma Class 12, Anchorage Class 16, and Kona Class 5 are graduating today and tomorrow, with celebrations taking place across the WWAMI region.

If you are attending a ceremony, you may see some familiar faces, as WAPA members will be there both as speakers and to celebrate our newest colleagues.
