It’s been a minute since I posted here! It’s the simple things that sometimes bring you back. I’m making GC Raspberry Jam for one one of my favorite families here in TX. They do competitive BBQ and used it as a glaze on ribs. Had to taste and 👍🏼👍🏼. Starts with the core. Anyone who says ”peppers”, just walk away! New Mexico Green Chile is original, authintic, and something to be proud of.
