I remember reading his life story. What inspired me the most about him is when he said he doesnt try to compete with others. He competes with himself. Always beating his last record. Now look at him now. 22 Medals. He beat all the odds. Was raised by a single mom & 2 big sisters. Diagnosed with learning disabilities. I believe the love & support of his family, the love & support of his coach of 17 years & web of friends he created around him -help him become who he was too.

One of his best quotes also was... "I learned how fast you can go from being an international hero to being a reference in a joke on a late night talk show."

This taught me that you don't do what you do to make an impression on others. There will will always be people who will criticize you. You cant let your success get to your head. Stay humble. Instead focus on making a better you everyday, that's how you raise the standards & thats how you make a difference. :)

One of the online school teachers approached me for advice today. She recently became a single mom. I am very honored to be looked upon as a strong woman. I gave her sound advice + emphasized the importance of creating support webs around us coz we can't do alone.

Surround yourself with those who hold same level of high standards. You are a direct result of them. If you hang around people who mock marriage, mock value of true friendship, mock value of being courageous. Or surround yourself with people who like to hustle others, people who have almost the excuses in the world to live in poverty or snobby people who like to judge & condemn others, etc. It will rub off on you either way.

For myself, I've created different webs around me so when I fall I know they are there. Life is too hard to handle everything coming at us alone. We were created for relationships.

I have a web of strong deeply spiritual friends. A web of true friends I can really trust with my life. A web of strong committed mothers. And a web of wealthy mentors. Well rounded. Its a no fail system we can all create for ourselves.

Anyone could be great. Its not a special DNA.

Its not the fortune you had to go to the best schools.

Greatness is simply achieving what you are passionate about.

Overcoming what you had to get you there.

But- Its not about just being the master of your event. Or being the best in making your living.

As a leader, you must create more leaders then just followers around you. You must help light them up.

Because anyone can have followers. Anyone.

Be the Creator of greatness NOT just an idol.

You see, Greatness matters most when your Giving Hand outweighs your receiving hand.

When the two met for the first time. It was if GODs essence set their Souls on FIRE...

They spent the next two days conversing about God and His mysteries. Then the rest of their days making love to each other...

Every touch and every word they shared filled each Lovers Void...

"True love helps you find things you didn't know were missing," One said to the Other. "Yes, filling spaces you didn't know were empty." The Other smiled.

As if those words weren't enough...the Other one continued. "No one can ever measure how much Love my heart holds for you. Not even God."
And so the other couldn't help but reply "I Love you for what I am when I'm with you simply because of who you are...What could be a greater miracle then the two of us together?"

Then they sat - at the Edge of the World... smiling and giggling. Dangling and playing with each others feet...

Both so marveled they have found each other. "What shall we do now?" The Other asked laughing. "We will share our Love with the World so that they may be able to fill that Void too." The Other said confidentally.

You see, they were two Angels... each with only One Wing... Realizing they can only fly Embracing Each Other...

And together they flew off to fulfill their huge purpose. They both never looked back...

And the World was never the same again.

You're more likely to last in business by being known for your character. People are wiser now. They go in business with who you are. What you do is simply not enough anymore.

In this competitive world, your character is what puts you forward above the rest.

People will investigate what you do behind your blown up image, if they catch you lying, you're done. Honesty wins hearts & puts all of us at eye to eye level.

People are tired looking up to leaders who talk a good game. They want to feel you truly care. Welcome to the new world of Business. Your character counts. Show who you are behind that image by showing us what you care for.

Whoohoo, we currently have 35 foreclosed properties now we are maintaining in Arizona alone. They are taking over US Bank foreclosures as well. Can't wait to get some of them. New contract in Detroit Michigan in place. God bless me with more work nationally.
