Residents of Shamrock Estates Community Association:
Dear Residents,
The Board of Directors are pleased to announce Shamrock Estates entrance metal and the park’s shade structures and ramada are scheduled for painting.
After careful consideration and bidding, the Board selected Unforgettable Coatings to perform the work.
The painting is scheduled for next week, October 19, 2020 through October 23, 2020. (Weather permitting.)
The park’s ramada and shade structures will be closed while the contractor is painting. The contractor anticipates the closure of the shade structures will be approximately ½ day each. Caution tape will be removed by the contractor to re-open the shade structures and tot lots, when the paint is dry.

Bulk Trash starts this Friday. There will be new reminbder signs at all entrances starting tomorrow and will go out every 5 weeks.

Reminder- Monday starts bulk trash. The signs that the HOA puts out,got a bit torn up, and they are planning to replacement. Enjoy your weekend.

Couple of things Neighbors.

Hope all are good. We are having a Board meeting tomorrow via phone conference. The open meeting is available to listen and if needed ask questions. There was a email that went out with call info over the weekend

The landscapers are working on a project on the grass areas in the parks. They are doing aeration of the turf. It will help the Bermuda to start coming back faster as well as help with the water getting in the turf. It may look a bit messy but will be looking great in a few weeks.

Hey Neighbors- I hope you all are safe and healthy. You will be seeing a eblast from the community manager Ellen today. It will say that due to an overabundance of caution the HOA needed to close the playground structures in the community. The parks have been taped of as of this morning. Once it is safe to start using them again we will communicate that to all. The parks at this time are to remain open meaning the grass and sport courts. Please use the guidelines when using these spots.. The state Governor also asked that we don’t use the ramadas or grills. I know that some of us don’t like it especially our kids but we needed to take this safe advice. Take care.

This is a special announcement concerning the Covid19 Virus and our community:

Board meeting:

First, we will postpone our monthly board meeting scheduled this month, Tuesday, March 24th. Meetings will resume once it has been determined by government health officials it is safe.

Community Events:

In order to comply with health and safety guidelines implemented by government officials, and an over abundance of safety for our community, we have decided to cancel Easter egg hunt in Rockwell Park scheduled for April 11th

Additionally, the Spring Fling scheduled for Saturday, April 18th has been canceled. We are planning to have an event with all the food, fun and games in November.
