🚨ALERT🚨

We are attempting to locate a runaway juvenile:
Arissa Phelan-Prospt, 16 years of age. She was last seen around 1:00 PM in the 400 block of W. Elm St. in Coolidge, AZ wearing the same clothing as pictured.

Arissa ran away from home with her one-year-old son Terrance, who is also wearing the same clothing as pictured. Arissa has no means to care for her child on her own and no where to go. If you have information regarding her location, please contact the Coolidge Police Department at 520-723-5311 immediately.

• Alissa Turney
Missing from Phoenix, Arizona since May 17, 2001. Alissa was 17 years old when she disappeared. Nearly 25 years later, her family continues searching for answers and justice.
• Jessica Holtzinger
Missing from Phoenix, Arizona since March 18, 2026. Jessica was only 15 years old when she vanished earlier this year.
• Jarret Brooks
Missing from Joseph City, Arizona since July 4, 2023. Jarret was just 16 years old when he disappeared. Missing In America Network has recently received unconfirmed sightings placing Jarret in the Phoenix area.
• Paul Sanders
Missing since August 12, 2001. Paul was 17 years old when he vanished and has never been found. His loved ones continue searching for answers more than two decades later.
• Cody and Ransom Ruffcorn
Missing from Laveen, Arizona since November 18, 2024. The young brothers were only small children when they disappeared and remain missing today.
• Kylie Arellano
Missing from Garden City, Utah since May 29, 2025. Kylie disappeared nearly one year ago, and several billboards are now running throughout the Salt Lake City area to help keep her story visible and generate new leads.
National Missing Children’s Day is about more than awareness. It is about keeping these children and young adults visible within our communities and reminding families they are not forgotten.
Billboards reach thousands of people every single day. One person recognizing a face, remembering a detail, or deciding to make a phone call could help change the course of a case.
Awareness creates visibility.
Visibility generates tips.
Tips create hope.
We ask everyone to continue sharing these stories, talking about these cases, and remaining alert. Together, communities can make a difference.

At Starbright, we are truly humbled and grateful for the opportunity to serve underprivileged teens throughout our valley. God calls us to care for those in need, reminding us that when we serve others, we are serving Him. The need among our youth is greater than many realize, and we are honored to provide essentials, encouragement, and hope to teens who may feel forgotten.
We are incredibly thankful for the local church groups and community partners who organize drives and generously donate supplies to help us serve these young people. Your compassion and willingness to give make a lasting impact. To our amazing volunteers — thank you for being the hands and feet of Jesus and for showing our valley teens that they are loved, valued, and never alone.

We, at Starbright, are feeling extremely grateful at an answered prayer. Our AC was so old and not working good at the House of Hope
I mentioned it to our good friends Jane and Lou Hobaica and they gave me a name. They said please call George from All Out Cooling and Heating who has amazing reviews. We were busy looking for some missing kids but I finally got the chance to make the call and then we got our “miracle”

George listened to our problem but he also listened to our hearts and mission to help as many kids as we can and to serve them with the love of Christ

George got his own tug from the Lord and quickly called some amazing people and they showed up with all the supplies to give the Starbright House of Hope a brand new AC at no charge to the charity!!! We are beyond grateful and blessed to know these wonderful businesses who answered the call without hesitation. You are the best tribe ever and we thank you!

I hope you can all show them some love and support them back. They are the village these kids need

Starbright Foundation is exploring interest in a FREE 3-Day Positive Youth Development Mini Camp for jr high and high school students!

🕙 Camp Hours: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM📍 Held in Gilbert

This engaging mini camp is designed to help teens build confidence, make healthy choices, stay safe online, resist peer pressure, and develop the life skills needed to reach their goals and succeed in today’s world.

Instead of spending all summer on video games and social media, students will participate in meaningful discussions, hands-on activities, team building, and positive mentorship in a fun and encouraging environment.

🍕 Lunch and activities provided daily!

Topics include:✔️ Goal Setting✔️ Avoiding Negative Detours✔️ Healthy Relationships✔️ Online Safety✔️ Refusal Skills✔️ Decision Making✔️ Peer Pressure Awareness✔️ And more!

Starbright is part of the AZ Missing Child Task Force

As part of our commitment during Missing Children’s Awareness Month to help keep children safe, Missing In America Network is proud to partner with the Arizona Missing Child Task Force to provide FREE Child Identification Kits on our website.

These kits help families keep important identifying information readily available in the event of an emergency, including:
• Recent photos
• Physical descriptions
• Fingerprints
• DNA collection information
• Emergency contact details
• All you need is a sterile cotton swab, a blank ink pad and a printer to print the ID Kit available for download.

We hope families never need to use this information, but being prepared can save valuable time if a child ever goes missing.
