Power Ranch PTO We are the official page for the Power Ranch PTO located in Gilbert, AZ. We are the PTO of Power Ranch Elementary.

Our goal is to help the school with events and activities, while encouraging parent involvement. We also facilitate free money programs, monthly meetings, funds that have been raised by events and disbursed to teachers and/or staff for their requests, and needs for the school.

We hope everyone is having a wonderful fall break and enjoying this beautiful fall weather! 🍁 We’re excited to jump right back into things next week because we have some FUN events coming up! 🎉

🐔 TUESDAY, OCTOBER 20TH: Chick-fil-A Spirit Night!

🎃👻 FRIDAY, OCTOBER 23RD: OUR ANNUAL TRUNK OR TREAT!
Get ready for a spooktacular evening filled with trunk-or-treating, a haunted art walk, a mini carnival, food, and so much more! 🍬🕸️ We can’t wait to see everyone’s costumes and celebrate fall together!

Buckle up, this is a long one fam. Ya'll ready for some numbers?!? Let us start by saying; WOW. We are floored by the results of our families. We are humbled and so so appreciative. We encourage you to come to PTO meetings to help decide how it gets spent. Example: We'll be presenting new mascot glow up options, going over the branding bid, and going over sound equipment quotes at our next meeting Nov. 12th!
Lets get to it:

~Last year we raised $22,696.73. 107 students donated out of about 444. That's pretty incredible.

We have roughly 440 students, number of families unknown. BUT this year with PledgeStar we got to cast our net wider with visual purpose and get some helpful metrics.

This year, 111 FAMILIES registered through PledgeStar. 89 of those families donated. 189 students were registered; 155 though PledgeStar, 34 offline.
~169 emails only sent, 125 of them were opened by the recipient, 52 of those 125 clicked the link PledgeStar, 46 of those that clicked donated a total of $2,626.
~272 texts only sent, 145 clicked the link into PledgeStar, 81 of those donated a total of $4,440.
~113 that sent texts AND emails, 99 were opened, 67 clicked into PledgeStar, 67 of those donated a total of $7,234.
~The PledgeStar link was shared on socials 73 times and produced $5,308 donated.
Cash and Check donated offline was $9,786.
There was a total of 625 total individual donations ranging from 5 cents to $1000.
There are still 2 company donation matches and one online pledged check that we haven't received yet but included for our GRAND TOTAL of....🥁🥁🥁.....$29,669!!!!🥳🤩😍
We are so blown away. We think PledgeStar was instrumental in our incredible success as a school and would love to hear your feedback at our next meeting Nov 12th @ 5:30pm! We caught him! We caught the Candy Monster! But golly, is he hungry!! And SO bossy!! He’ll be at the Power Ranch Community Association office off Haven Crest if you come across some candy deals that’ll help our Trunk or Treat! He’ll be there till the 20th then we’ll relocate him back to the school!

Ready for Fall Break?! We are too!! Our Trunk or Treat will be only 3 days after we get back!! Friday, Oct 23rd from 5-6:30!! Our staff spotted the CANDY 👹 MONSTER lurking about the last few days 👀 …maybe we can catch it and feed it the candy we need for Trunk or Treat?! We will have a great deal on feeding your family while there; $5 for a Pizza+chips+drink combo meal!! Bring your mini candy monsters so we can feed them too!!🎃 👻 Message us if you’d like to do a trunk!!
