The City of Gillett received grants for the park which had timelines for things to be done. The City understands the concern about the fair with the play ground construction. The City Council met with the Fair Board to discuss the up coming fair to make sure everything runs smoothly. They also discussed future ideas for the fairgrounds/park. Before the fair, the construction area will be shrunk down to the footprint of the playground and all equipment will be moved out of Zippel Park. The City of Gillett is dedicated to working with the fair during these tough times of construction and looks forward to working together to bring the fair to the City of Gillett for years to come.
