Location: Little Powder River Road (Old Hwy 59)
US Hwy 14/16 intersection to Palomino Road intersection

Little Powder River Road will be closed from noon on Friday until Monday at noon from Highway 14/16 to Palomino Road. Traffic should utilize Highway 14/16 and Northern Drive to avoid the closure. Little Powder River Road from Palomino Road south to Gurley Avenue will remain open. Traffic for races should utilize Hannum Road.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Chairman of the Board of Campbell County Commissioners has called a Special Meeting for Wednesday, August 12, 2026.

The Commissioners will participate in the Wyoming County Commissioners Association (WCCA) Congressional Tour of Northeast Wyoming and attend the City of Gillette public reception for Police Chief candidates.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
WCCA Congressional Tours (Closed to the public):
The tour immerses congressional staffers in issues of national significance and local impact, including energy development, natural resource management, public land stewardship, agriculture, wildlife conservation, recreation, and rural economies.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Chairman of the Campbell County Board of Commissioners has called for a special meeting to be held on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, at the 3rd Street Plaza in Downtown Gillette, Gillette, Wyoming.

The purpose of the meeting is to attend the annual National Night Out event. Hosted by the City of Gillette in partnership with the Campbell County Sheriff's Office, Campbell County Fire Department, and Campbell County Emergency Medical Services, this community-building event with local first responders is part of a national effort to promote police-community partnerships and camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live. No official action will be taken.
