Friends, if you couldn't get registered for Campbell County Public Library's adult cooking classes, you can now watch and learn with Open Seating! Plus, if a registered cook doesn't show, audience members can jump in on a first-come, first-served basis.

🍴If you've been interested in CCPL's adult cooking classes but haven't been able to get signed up, we have great news! We're mixing things up!

Each class now offers:
•REGISTER! Hands-on cooking for registered adults—no need to re-register if you're already signed up.
•OPEN SEATING! Want to watch and learn? Open seating is available for anyone who wants to attend. If a registered cook doesn’t show, audience members can jump in and cook—first come, first served!

Don't miss our upcoming classes! ⏰Two sessions: 4–6pm or 6:30–8:30pm

📅 September 8: Canning — Learn the basics of safe home canning, including water-bath and pressure canning.

📅 November 10: Soup — Cook hearty, flavorful soups perfect for chilly days.

📅 December 8: Chocolates — Pop-Up Class with Kim
