A wonderful exhibit focusing on the oral histories of Wyoming Veterans - some from right here in Campbell County. The exhibit opens in Laramie today at the Wyoming Territorial Prison State Historic Site.

The Wyoming State Archives, Wyoming Arts Council, and Wyoming State Historic Sites would like to invite you to a free public reception on Friday, May 29, 5-7 pm at the Wyoming Territorial Prison in Laramie, celebrating the opening of the Wyoming Veterans in Focus oral history and photo exhibit project. Public remarks from agency and state officials are scheduled to begin at 5:30 pm. The exhibit is currently OPEN for the public to visit - regular site fees apply for visits that are not part of the reception.

Only 18 tickets left for our history trip to the 150th Re-Enactment of the Battle of Little Bighorn! If you want to go, better get to the museum ;)

Tickets are $50 which includes a motor coach bus (with restroom), tickets for the Real Bird Re-enactment, lunch, and Bus Bingo (of course!)

When: Friday, June 26, 2026; Leaving at 7 AM and returning at 6 PM
