🩸 March is Blood Clot Awareness Month

Blood clots can happen to anyone — and they can be life-threatening if not treated quickly.

Know the signs:
• 🦵 Swelling, pain, warmth, redness in a leg (possible DVT)
• 💨 Sudden shortness of breath, chest pain, rapid heartbeat (possible PE)

Risk increases with:
✈️ Long travel
🏥 Recent surgery or hospitalization
💊 Certain medications
🧬 Family history

If something feels off, don’t ignore it. Early treatment saves lives.
