💜🦋 **SEPTEMBER IS SU***DE PREVENTION & AWARENESS MONTH** 🦋💜

At Campbell County Su***de Awareness and Prevention, su***de prevention isn’t something we think about for just one month—it matters **every single day, all year long.**

But September gives us an opportunity to bring special attention to something our community can never talk about too much:

💜 **Hope matters.**
🦋 **Connection matters.**
💜 **Kindness matters.**
🦋 **YOU matter.**

Su***de prevention doesn't always look like a crisis intervention. Sometimes, it looks like checking on a friend. Sitting with someone who is having a hard day. Sending a text that says, *“I was thinking about you.”* Smiling at a stranger. Including someone who feels left out. Offering patience instead of judgment.

Small acts of kindness can remind someone that they are **seen, valued, and not alone.**

So, as we begin Su***de Prevention & Awareness Month, we have a challenge for Campbell County:

And there is more to come throughout the month as we work together to start conversations, spread hope, remember those we've lost, support those who are struggling, and remind our community that **no one has to walk through the hard days alone.**

Our Breathe & Bloom Yoga starts September 10th, 2026!
This class is trauma-informed, so YOU are in complete control of your experience. Touch-free and completely adaptable for anyone with mobility challenges.
Two classes offered each week - Thursdays at 9am and Tuesdays at 6:30pm!

The "Red Zone" is the time between the start of fall semester and Thanksgiving break for college students, a time of higher risk of dating violence and sexual assault on campuses.

College can be such a fun time in a young persons life - meeting new people, being on their own for the first time, potentially in a new town - that it's easy for them to get lost in the excitement and forget that there is real potential for dangerous situations.

Please share this post or even better, have a conversation with your college students about staying safe and looking out for each other, especially at parties and social gatherings 🧡

What an incredible WyoGives Day we had 🧡
