What a privilege to spend today with the principals, superintendents, administrators, and educational leaders of the De Queen-Mena Education Service Cooperative.

Schools get better when leaders get better. The same is true in every organization. The challenge is slowing down long enough to honestly evaluate ourselves, identify what needs to change, and commit to growing.

Leadership is never static. We are either getting better or falling behind. Today was a room full of leaders committed to getting better.

The DeQueen-Mena Education Service Cooperative (DMESC) ABC Early Childhood Program is currently seeking qualified Paraprofessionals at our Ashdown, Foreman, & Ouachita River locations.
Applicants must successfully pass required background checks. Preferred qualifications include a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or at least 12 hours in relation to Early Childhood, completion of at least 60 college credit hours, or a passing score on the Paraprofessional Assessment. Candidates should demonstrate a genuine interest in working with young children and supporting early childhood development.
