Nearly 100 years later, this message still holds true. The magic is the more we give, the more we have. Yet sadly, so many don’t know that to be truth and hold tightly to things they believe to be only theirs. My vision of successful communities and ultimately successful country is one where we ALL have what we need.

Anti-trans legislation has a direct correlation to the mistreatment and violence carried out against trans and
gender nonconforming adults.
When trans folks are made out to be a threat to our schools, teams, workplaces and communities - it is a
breeding ground for the perpetuation of unjustified hate crimes against us.
Use your voice, your vote, and your privilege to make systematic change for trans folks - so that next next years'
death toll is lower than this year.

November 11th was chosen as the date to celebrate Veterans Day because it honors the eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month of 1918 when the Armistice with Germany went into effect and major hostilities of World War I were formally ended.

In November 1919, President Wilson proclaimed November 11 as the first commemoration of Armistice Day with the following words: "To us in America, the reflections of Armistice Day will be filled with solemn pride in the heroism of those who died in the country’s service and with gratitude for the victory, both because of the thing from which it has freed us and because of the opportunity it has given America to show her sympathy with peace and justice in the councils of the nations…" 🇺🇸❤️

Thank you to every single one of you 💙 what an incredible journey!
Unfortunately we didn’t see the results we hoped for so let’s take these next few days and reflect on what we can do better next election. The work must continue while we have momentum, we have to keep building and keep fighting. We have two years until we get to try again. I know it seems like a long ways away, but we must not waste even a single day as it will go quickly and we have much work to do. I will continue to call on you for help- so be ready!
In 2024, the 92 will be blue 💙

After voting this morning, I headed to the gun range with my Dad and husband. I like to go with once a month or more because I like spending time with the great guys in my life. But I also love the conversation, I can pretty much guarantee I’m usually the only democrat there, yet we always have good + respectful conversations. There is so much to be learned when we listen. Happy Election Day🇺🇸
