Open Door Resource Center We provide men and women with a safe and caring place to get help with unplanned pregnancies. We have two locations to serve you better. We hope you come see us!

Our original center is in Gilmer, Texas and in January 2023 we added a second location in Pittsburg, TX. Our door is open to provide women of all ages with a safe and caring place to get help with unplanned pregnancies. All services are provided to our clients free of charge and under strict confidentiality. Free Services:

We understand how people can be. The moment you find out you’re expecting, everyone suddenly has an opinion on what you should do, and how you should do it. The noise can be overwhelming for new parents.

At Open Door, we do things differently. We aren’t here to tell you what to do, force a decision or to lecture you. We are here to listen. 🤍

Our consultations are completely free, strictly confidential, and 100% focused on providing you with a safe space to process your thoughts, look at the medical facts, and explore every pathway available to you, and what that looks like.

We know that motherhood is HARD. Even on its best days, when everything is going “right”. That’s why we created our Mom Relax Room at Open Door Resource Center.

It’s a quiet, beautiful, low-lit space designed entirely for you to decompress. Put your feet up, listen to some calming music, enjoy essential oil aromatherapy of your choice, a small snack and drink, maybe even a little facial or mani! 💅

Take 45 and unwind. This is a safe space to slow down.
