Many, many thanks to HistoriCorps for the marvelous work they completed recently at Gilroy Yamato Hot Springs! This was the 3rd time they selected to work on our historic buildings! We are most fortunate to have benefited from their contributions and the sharing of the vision of preserving National Historic Preservation Sites! Please volunteer with HistoriCorps when they work on projects in your area! Every hand is helpful and appreciated!

Bring your picnic basket, beverages, family & friends!
$15/person includes parking on site (please car pool, and "Pack-in/Pack-out" (take away your own trash, please).
Take only pictures. Leave only footprints. We'll have exhibitors, activities, music entertainment, and guided tours throughout the day! Come support our restoration efforts!

Saturday, Sept 29 is the next public event at GYHS! Admission $15/person includes parking on site.
We'll have guided tours thoughout the day, entertainment, activities, and exhibitors. Bring a picnic, your own non-alcoholic beverages, and your family and friends! Kids age 12 and younger are free when accompanied by a responsible adult. Learn about the GYHS history, have fun with Laughter Yoga, Past Life readings by Ann Barham, learn how to dowse from San Jose Dowsers Association members, and line dance with Donna Frankle!

We are saddened to learn about the recent passing of Stephen D Knepper, who contributed his expertise from the time he served as caretaker for GYHS in the 90s. We will miss his cheery banter and friendly smile. He was very helpful and supportive. A good man all around. Condolences to his family, and to all who had the priviledge of knowing him and working with him.
