Hours of Operation for Year End
The Register of Deeds office will close at 12:00 p.m. on December 24th and remain closed December 25th and 26th for the holidays.
Our office will be open during regular business hours on December 29th & 30th and from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on December 31st. However, in order to allow computer software updates for the new year, our office will not be recording documents on December 31, 2025.
If you need documents recorded before year end, please be sure to have them to our office before 3:30 p.m. on December 30, 2025.
E-recorded documents must reach our office by 3:00 p.m. on December 30, 2025.
Any documents received in this office after the above-mentioned times on December 30, 2025, will be put on record in 2026.
