🏡🛍️ COMMUNITY YARD SALE UPDATE 🛍️🏡
Borough Council recently received an official request from a resident asking that the required yard sale permit fees be waived for a community-wide yard sale scheduled for Saturday, June 27, 2026.
✅ Borough Council has agreed to waive the yard sale permit fees for residents participating in tomorrow's event.
📋 The Borough would also like to remind residents that requests involving Borough ordinances, permits, fees, or other municipal matters should be brought directly to the Borough for review and consideration. While many community events are organized by residents and local groups, any request for an exception to Borough regulations or fees requires official action by Borough Council.
👏 We appreciate the resident who took the time to submit the request, allowing the matter to be properly considered before Council. This is a great example of how reaching out to the Borough can help ensure questions and concerns are addressed through the proper channels.
