We are excited to announce a new series being offered to older adult caregivers! Together We Care is partnering with the Tri-County Healthcare Home leadership team, Dr. Wilson and Dana Fifer, to provide a quarterly educational series on navigating a dementia diagnosis. Each meeting will explore: recognizing signs and symptoms, care tips for your loved one, and self-care for the caregiver. We hope to see you there!
