Don’t forget the space underneath the benches!

When designing a playground or outdoor recreation space, we often think about the equipment first, but the areas around it matter, too.

Bonded rubber surfacing under benches and seating areas can be a smart way to create a clean, cohesive, and easy-to-maintain space.

Instead of dealing with bare dirt, mulch, mud, or uneven ground, bonded rubber provides a smooth, finished surface that helps define the seating area and keeps the space looking polished.

It can also make it easier for parents, caregivers, and visitors to comfortably access seating areas while creating a consistent look throughout the entire site.

And with a variety of colors available, you can even use the surfacing to complement the playground design or add a pop of personality.

Sometimes, it’s the little details that make a space feel complete.
