Reading just got even better! 📖 A special shoutout to 211 for generously supplying free pens and chip clips for the adult sign-up bags for our Summer Reading Program. Speaking of bags, we would also like to extend a huge thank you to Michigan Works! for providing the wonderful bags we are handing out to all the adults who sign-up for this year's Summer Reading Program! Your support helps make the program a great success!

Haven't signed up yet? There is still plenty of time to come in and pick up your reading logs and swag bags. Adults have the opportunity to win some pretty amazing gift cards and gift certificates that have been generously donated by many local businesses this year. Stop in soon!

HELP WANTED! The Gladwin Library would like to host a "Learn to Braid" event on September 10th from 5:30-6:30. We are asking for hair stylists who would like to volunteer to come in and teach families how to do some basic braids. Families would bring their own brushes and combs and the library would provide hair ties and mirrors. We would encourage volunteers to bring their business cards and promote their business. Please comment if you would be interested in volunteering. Thank you!
