GRASP College Prep day was today! Students heading to college heard about topics including AI in college, communication, networking, syllabi, financial aid, reading days, add/drop/withdrawal specifics for classes and the importance of getting to know your professors. The session ended with a panel of current college students and graduates who shared their “lived” college experiences.

Getting ready to start college this fall? Join GRASP for a FREE College Prep Day this Friday (6/12) from 10am - 2:30pm at the Fairfield Library in Richmond! A variety of relevant topics will be covered, and there will be a panel of current college students, PIZZA, and a CHANCE TO WIN A $500 SCHOLARSHIP!

This competition is open to students currently enrolled in 9th-12th grade who have participated in at least one JA of Central Virginia program while enrolled in high school, including through external organizations. Up to one award will be given to a high school senior. Multiple awards may be given.
