Robyn Setzer was driving a 2020 Ford Explorer west on the Turner Turnpike about seven miles east of Stroud when a wheel came off an eastbound vehicle, jumped the median and crashed into Setzer’s windshield and roof, causing the roof to collapse on her head, the OHP reported. Her husband, David Setzer, said the crash happened about 10:20 a.m. last Wednesday.

Setzer, 59, was pinned in the wreckage and had to be cut out of her SUV by emergency responders, according to an OHP report.

If our law enforcement were trained on trailer safety then at least 30% of the deaths that will occur in 2020 would have not have to happen.
