Hello, my name is Daniel Blair. I am a participant staff member /host recruiter for MET, Inc., a national nonprofit organization working in twenty-six (26) counties throughout Texas for the SCSEP (Senior Community Service Education Program) Program. The purpose of this fax is to inform you that through this program we are now accepting host agencies in your county willing to do on-the-job-training for free labor. The SCSEP Program, through a grant from the Department of labor, pays each participant $7.25 an hour for a maximum of 29 hours per week in addition to providing Workman's Compensation Insurance for each participant. We place participants at facilities where tasks need to be done and where agencies are short staffed and/or have no budget for extra help. Eligible participants are seniors age 55 years of age or older, have low income, and are unemployed who want to gain extra income as well as skills which can make a huge difference in their lives. Please give me a call at 817-757-7446, or my cell, 682-804-9643 if you would like to become a host agency or would like to learn more about our program. If so, to become a host agency, a Host Agency Agreement must be signed and returned to us in order to become a host. I will send you one upon request if interested. My email is [email protected] [email protected]. Non Profit agencies or organizations need to provide copy of 501C (3) Letter and FEIN Government entities provide FEIN and documentation
